Two empty tubs became detached from the horse and running back 60 yards to a junction, knocked out a prop supporting a bearing bar, and a fall of roof killed deceased who was inside the first tub. A drag was supplied but deceased failed to use it, and he appears to have taken it off the back of the tubs after passing the corporal.
