Working Mountain Mine - Fall of roof in airway, whilst repairing. From between a slip and a break. The roof sounded not good. Fall 6 feet 6 inches long, one prop only set, a foot from one end, ought to have had another prop under stone, two might have reasonably kept the stone up.
