He was bringing a set of eight full tubs outbye and was sitting on the front one. The inclination of the road was 1 in 30 and he had six lockers or sprags in the tubs so the horse had to pull and in starting, the first tub was jerked off the road and he was thrown under it and fatally injured. The road was in very good condition.
