Deceased and two other men were being drawn up a dook in a rake of tubs used for the purpose. The manager's instructions were that not more thin three men were to ride in one tub, but in that in which deceased was riding there were four He either attempted to change his position, or put his head up at a place where the roof was low, to see where the rake was on the dook and his head was caught against the roof. He died two days later.
