Fall of side (coal) at working face in a stall 15 yards wide in the 5 feet seam. He was holing about the middle of the face where a small face crossed the face diagonally. The fall was about 8 feet long by 3 feet at widest appeared to have pushed out a sprag. The fault caused the floor to be on the slope and the sprag may not have been securely set in consequence.
