Deceased was bending down to clear some dirt away from the wheels of a tub, when a fall of side occurred fastening his legs and disturbing a prop under a baulk. Although assistance was at hand almost immediately, a further fall of roof occurred before be could be liberated, and be was partially buried and killed.
