- Deceased and others were travelling up a dook road, some distance behind a loaded rake being hauled to the top, when the rake ran hack for a distance of 160 yards and met him. The rake had unhooked from the rope at a flat part of the road and the "jock" failing to act it came back. There was a good road for the men to travel parallel to the dook road but it was a little longer and the men preferred to go by the dook road.
