On road. Deceased was removing three pairs of timber that had become too low forming a bridge there being higher timbers at each end. He put a prop under the outer collar and cut out one of the arms. He then stood under the middle pair and knocked the prop from under the outer collar. When the latter fell the pair above him also came down and he was buried by the rubbish which had rested on the collars. A mechanical appliance should have been used for drawing the timbers out. Six feet seam.
