He had backed his cart into a coal shoot but it did not get far enough back, so he moved his horse forward, and he stooped to pick some pieces of coal from behind the wheel and whilst doing so the horse backed and caught the deceased's head between the boss of the cart wheel and a post supporting the shoot. Died 13th April.
