Died from injuries received on October 8th. Deceased wanted an empty tub in the boiler fireholes to fill ashes into and shouted to the banksman for one. The banksman took off a fence and pushed the tub on to a heap and it rolled down and hit the deceased on the spine and seriously injured it. The tub should have been brought down by the proper way.
