Died on the 29th April from pneumonia. He sprained his wrist when at work underground on the 21st Apr. and an attempt was made to prove that his illness was the result of the sprain. Medical evidence showed that although the accident might have aggravated the illness it could not have been the direct cause of death. Not comprised.
