Deceased in the course of his duties, was separating, by pinching the upper one uphill by a crowbar, two wagons standing on a gradient of 1 in 28. Apparently after they were a foot or two apart, he placed his shoulder against the buffer in contravention of Siding Rule 22. The wagon overpowered him and ran back. His chest was crushed between the two and he was suffocated.
