Deceased was engaged withdrawing timber from a disused wagon way. He was loosening a prop with an axe, preparatory to fixing his Sylvester, when a fall of roof occurred, rolling out three baulks, burying him and instantly killing him. Deceased had not set any props temporarily to protect himself.
