Whilst lowering trucks down a siding (inclination 1 in 124), deceased crossed the metals in front to put down the brake on the other side and, on returning, he was knocked down by some part of the moving truck, and fell against a truck standing on an adjacent line. His ribs were fractured and a lung penetrated. He died from the injuries on 1st March.
