Details of Event
Fall of roof (clod) at working face in Red Shagg ironstone. The fall was 7yds. long and 3ft wide and of triangular section from between a small fault and a slip. The place was well timbered according to rule but no extra steps for safety were taken on account of the fault which hid been exposed by a previous fall.
