- Fall of roof and timbers at a double parting where a fall of roof bad previously occurred, and to secure which cogs had been put in above the double timbers. A stone 5.5 feet by 4.5 feet appears to have come out and knocked over the cogs, which were not tied together and caused the under timbering to also give way. There was clearly an error in not connecting these cogs for stability.
