Inspection made and inquest attended. Deceased was attempting to cross the line between two wagons between which there was a space of three feet when he got crushed owing to the loco shunting up empty wagons at the time. The brakesman stated he had been up and thought everything was clear and the driver is said to have whistled at the time.
