Fall of roof on road, cliff, 9ft. by 11ft by 12ins. thick, fell while deceased and a repairer were ripping roof on a double parting. Deceased was pushing some loose stones off an old flat with the handle of the sledge when the fall occurred, smashed the flat and killed deceased. New seam.
