Deceased, having removed an old arm, was clearing rubbish from the floor of an untimbered portion of a main return, when a fall of about 6 tram-loads of cliff occurred. During the process of recovering the body two other falls occurred, making a total of about 20 trams and leaving a cavity of 15 feet by 6 feet by 6 feet thick.
