Deceased was taking a full tub along a drawing road. The tub rubbed on the low side of the road, and in slewing it clear he caused the front corner of the tub to strike a prop on the higher side of the road. The prop was knocked out and liberated a large stone which fell over from the side and partly buried deceased. He died about twenty minutes after being released.
