- Details of Event
- Deceased and another man were going to remove a stone which stood on sloping ground. He worked away the earth in front of the stone and was about to attach the crane chain to it, when it slid forward and crushed his leg against another stone. He was taken to the Cardiff Infirmary, where on 22nd November the limb had to be amputated. He did not improve but died from blood poisoning on 5th February, 1907.
