Deceased was assisting some men to place a tram. which had become derailed, on to the road when a piece of side stumbled on him from between two pairs of timber. 7ft. apart. The quantity of side that gave way probably amounted to 4 or 5cwt. but only a portion of this struck deceased. His spine was fractured, and he died on March 26th. 1906. Nine-feet seam.
