At face, cliff, 3ft. 8ins. by 2ft by 23ins. thick. Deceased was assisting at his request, a collier to secure his working place after the shift had come to an end. As they were engaged in building a ‘cog’ and deceased was handing a piece of wood to the collier, the fall occurred and knocked deceased violently against a tram. He was severely bruised on the back and his pelvis was fractured. He died on the 17th April from pyaemia. Six feet seam.
