Fall of side on road while walking behind a loaded tram which was being drawn by a horse, he was struck by a stone 4 feet 6 inches, by 1 foot 6 inches, by 8 inches in thickness, which fell from the side in consequence of the tram striking against and dislodging a prop which was keeping it in position.
