- Fall at face cliff 26 ft. by 39 ins. by 15 ins. thick. The fireman noticed on his first inspection that the roof was uneasy and told deceased to put up a flat. Deceased set a prop near where he was told to put up the flat and was working away a piece of coal to make room for one of the props of the flat when a large piece of coal fell knocked out the prop and liberated the roof.
