Deceased and another man were taking some screen bars down an incline on a trolley. They were riding, each controlling the speed with a brake stick, when they lost control, and the trolley ran away and both were thrown off. Deceased died on 6th April. It was little short of madness to attempt to ride on an incline dipping 5 inches per yard.
