Deceased was engaged along with another man in removing a fall and repairing an air road alongside an old waste While his mate was preparing to set a prop, the deceased went forward to examine the fall, when a stone 4 feet 9 inches by 3 feet 9 inches by 2 feet 2 inches suddenly fell from the roof and fatally injured him. His mate, although partly buried was uninjured.
