Inspection made and inquest attended. He was bringing a full tub of coal along a roadway which got off the rails and he was found fatally crushed against a bar leg side of road. The drawer following stated deceased had lost his light and it appeared to have occurred when deceased was attempting to get his tub on the rails he being in front of his tub.
