Foot crushed by a coil of wire which fell from a railway van from which he was unloading material. Died August 13th, 1909, from pneumonia accelerated by the result of the injury. It is a case on which grave doubt exists but on the whole, on the Doctor's evidence, I consider it should be included as a fatal accident in or about a mine.
