Deceased was ordinarily employed tilling lamps with oil in the lamp cabin but at time of accident was it seems moulding lead plugs. His clothes were saturated with oil and an apron made out of sacking which he was wearing caught fire and ignited his clothes, which could not be extinguished before he was badly burned.
