7 July 1925: Fatality at Leven – Alexander Pryde, brusher, who resided at Wilkie's Cottages, Hawthorn Street, Leven, has succumbed in Wemyss Memorial Hospital to the severe internal injuries he received while at work in Wellesley Colliery of the Wemyss Coal Co.
