- Details of Event
- His horse kicking lashed the hook at the end of the trace out of another haulier's hand and it struck Prosser on the forehead. He died on the 27th February from fracture of the inner skull although he had resumed work for two or three weeks. But for the Compensation Act this case would probably not come under notice.
