Deceased had a meal in the cabin used by the boiler stokers, and in returning to his work he had to cross the railway sidings. At the time a truck of slack was being put into position at the boilers and was drawn by two horses. Deceased failed to notice this, until too late, and be was crushed between the truck and the wall of the boiler house.
