Deceased was employed on an endless-rope haulage road. He had left his appointed station and had travelled about 100 yards inbye during the temporary stoppage of the rope and when it was gain put in motion he was hurrying back towards his post when he tripped and fell in front of a journey of 8 tubs 5 of which passed over him before the rope could be stopped. He died the same day.
