- Fall of roof on road, cliff, 12ft. by 10ft by 4 ft thick, fell as deceased was cutting through a lag to remove two pairs of timber. Deceased intended to knock out two pairs of timber and let the rubbish on them fall, so as to make more height. Five pairs of timber were crushed out. Drawing out timber, especially on roads where the roof is crushed, should always be done with a propdrawing appliance. Lower Four feet seam.
