- He was 'throwing down' rock on a ledge in his bargain and wanted somr more tools - he unwound rope from his body and lowered end of it to bottom of his baragain for his partner to put the tools on a loop in the rope - ston efell from face below him which ha dbeen knocked loose by 'throwing down' - this struck rope and jerked it out of his hand and he fell 12ft - back injured and internal injuries.
