Deceased was found dead in front of a full tub being the first of a train of three tubs drawn by a horse. He appeared to have been riding contrary to the rules and to have fallen off while asleep or through being tired. Deceased was killed at 3.15am after having worked the previous day from 6.0am to 3.0pm and restarted work at 8.20pm working continuously he was killed.
