Deceased, in the process of levelling the small coal in a bunker at the coke ovens, must have stepped on the surface of the small coal at a time when the bunker was being tapped at the bottom, with the consequence that he was carried down with the rush of small coal anti smothered. Grids are to be erected which will prevent a recurrence of this accident.
