Inspection made and inquest attended. Deceased attached the electric cable to the charge in the shothole when another shotlighter who appeared to have been assisting him owing to it being a wet road fired the shot with the battery thinking the deceased had retired to a safe place. Breach of Special Rules for which the other shotlighter was prosecuted and convicted.
