He was bringing two full tubs out-bye with lockers in the front wheels of each tub. The pony stopped at a flat part of the road, and the deceased who was behind the tubs, went to the front to take out a locker. Whilst he was doing this the pony started and his head was crushed against an old prop the end of which was projecting about 1ft. 6ins. out of the floor.
