Crushed by full tub running wild down a jig 10 yards long. The jigger had landed the full tub and placed a stop-block across the top of dip consisting of a bar of wood 9 feet long by 4 inches square. Wile he was twisting the tub on the plates the stop block was displaced and the tub ran wild down the dip and caught the taker-off at the bottom. A safer form of stop-block was recommended.
