He brought three empty wagons down to the screens, but they stopped about 5 feet short of the place where they were wanted, he therefore attached a coupling chain to them and two full wagons standing in front of them. The locomotive was coupled to the full wagons and pulled them and the empty wagons. When they were in motion the deceased attempted to pass between the buffers and was fatally crushed.
