Details of Event
Deceased was struck on the head by the crank of the winding engine. Just before the accident he was seen with a brush and bucket in his hands. After the accident his body was found outside the crank-pit fence, while the head of his brush was in the crank-pit. He had evidently attempted to sweep it out.
