The brake boy, never expecting that the empty hutch had been moved off the carriage, tried to lower the carriage, which, naturally, rose up above th bench instead with the result that when deceased came out again with his full tub he pushed it over the incline. He was drawn over with the tub and fell a distance of 21 fathoms.
