Six full waggons were being pushed up an incline by a loco and failed to reach the top. Three waggons were then spragged up and the loco and the other three bumped into them when deceased was found to be seriously injured and died two hours later. He probably used a pit sprag in the wheel of one waggon and was truck by it when it flew out.
