Deceased was setting timber in a haulage road when, in driving tight one of the trees under a bar a thin piece of stone, about 12ins long and 6ins. wide, fell from the roof, the thin edge cutting the back of his hand and arm. Blood poisoning resulted and he died, after three operations, in hospital on August 15th.
