He was employed on the day of accident as a wagon lowerer and was accustomed to the work. A set of four wagons was being pushed under the screens by the locomotive and he was waiting to receive them. When they approached him he was pushing some slack off the rails and his foot was caught by the wheels of the front wagon and he fell down and was run over.
