Deceased was caught by moving screen belt and dragged under a jigger screen which delivered coal on to the belt. He had walked along the belt in the reverse direction to which it was moving to a fenced place at the end of the belt to remove small coals that collected there and he was probably caught when getting on to the belt to return. His ordinary work was trimming wagons. The jury thought there had been some neglect on the part of the officials in allowing the boy to act as he did.
