- Deceased was sitting by the side of a coal stallage waiting to commence his work, when he was seen to struggle a little and then suddenly fall forward. He rolled down an embankment and then to dropped
on the railway below his head striking on one of the rails. His skull was fractured, and he died on the following day. It transpired that deceased was subject to epileptic fits, and apparently had had one on this occasion.
