Details of Event
Deceased was getting off some coal in order to make room for two props. He was heard to shout, and was found lying under a stone 6 feet square and two feet in thickness. He died soon after being liberated. After the fall a slip was visible. It is probable that the setting of temporary props would have prevented the accident.
